Food and Family

Dear First and Second Grade Families,

As you know, we have been studying Moscow, Idaho for our expedition. Last week we looked at Moscow’s geography, and this week we will be looking at how people live in Moscow (including homes, clothing, and food).

To go along with what we are studying, this coming Friday we invite you to join us to share some of your family’s favorite food. Please bring a dish that you love to eat! You will have the opportunity to sample other foods with your child and to help us answer the question: What do people eat in Moscow, Idaho? You and your child will also be filling out some graphs regarding how people live in Moscow (this data will come into play later in the expedition when we do case studies on other Moscows around the world).
